Delivery

Lisa Hamilton jewellery items are made to order for each customer by Lisa in her Sussex studio. The time taken in her making process means you will receive a high quality, luxury product. Lisa thanks you in advance for your patience. Any items that are listed as “in stock” on the website will be delivered to you within 5 working days.

Because all the jewellery is handmade in limited batches, there is not always stock of every item. If the jewellery piece you would like to order is not currently in stock and on ‘Backorder’ you will see a note at the side of the product.

We will update you of the expected delivery time with your confirmation email. Orders can take up to 3-6 weeks to complete though often it is possible to beat these estimates.

We currently ship within the UK, for the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia please contact Lisa directly. Delivery to EU and Northern Ireland currently suspended

UK Delivery

We offer free complimentary tracked delivery within the UK for orders with a value over £200.

All orders under £200 are sent by either:

    • Standard tracked service charged at £5.99, 3-5 working days for orders up to £199.00
    • Express next day Service charged at £12, 1-2 working days, for orders up to £199.00

How long does it take for standard delivery?

If an item is in stock, we aim to deliver UK orders within 3-5 working days. Orders to British Islands, Highlands and Scotland may take slightly longer. 

How long does it take for express delivery?

If an item is in stock, we aim to deliver UK orders within 2 working days. Orders to British Islands, Highlands and Scotland may take slightly longer.

International Delivery

We will send by Royal Mail International tracked and signed, shipping times are from 7 business days. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.  All deliveries will require a signature on delivery.  In some cases, local customs can introduce delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order with Royal Mail. International customers, with the exception of USA, are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred during the delivery or returns process. Please check taxes with your region before placing your order.

Weekends & Bank Holidays

Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays and on Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
All orders are sent and trackable via Royal Mail.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Lisa reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.
