Most items held in stock are dispatched within 5 working days.

Free delivery on all orders to the UK

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Lisa reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.

Payment

Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

All products remain the property of Lisa Hamilton Jewellery until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Lisa Hamilton Jewellery are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.delivery and returns

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders to UK. Delivery by Royal Mail, most orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next-day service and a signature is required on delivery.

£15 for delivery on orders within Europe.

£50 flat rate delivery on items outside of Europe for international shipping and handling.

Our international delivery carrier depends on the insurance value and destination of the order. If you are receiving your order outside of the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.

Delivery times

Lisa Hamilton jewellery items are made to order for each customer by Lisa in her Sussex studio. The time taken in her making process means you will receive a high quality, luxury product. Lisa thanks you in advance for your patience. Any items that are listed as “in stock” on the website will be delivered to you within 5 working days.

Because all the jewellery is handmade in limited batches, there is not always stock of every item. If the jewellery piece you would like to order is not currently in stock, you will see a note at the side of the product that it is ‘Made to Order’. You will be informed by email if this is the case – and orders can take between 4-6 weeks to complete. We will update you of the expected delivery time with your confirmation email. If you have any queries, or are in an exceptional hurry please email lisa@lisahamilton.co.uk and Lisa will do her best to help you.

Returns and exchanges

Please inform Lisa of your intention to return items in writing by email as soon as possible. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase Lisa is happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase. Credit Notes are valid for 1 year. These can only be used to purchase goods on this website or directly from Lisa Hamilton Jewellery at direct selling events.

If you have requested an exchange we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned item(s). You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Alternatively, Lisa will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Please include a copy of your dispatch note and invoice.

Items exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are found to be faulty, are:

— Sadly earrings are exempt from this for reasons of hygiene.
— Commissioned pieces (bespoke)
— Customised pieces
— Sale or discounted items

Should you find a fault with your item, please contact Lisa within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you have notified Lisa of your faulty item, she will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back.

When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer.

Processing your refund

Once your returned item has been received we will notify you by email.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.

Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you must contact Lisa via email: lisa@lisahamilton.co.uk

Sizing

When ordering rings it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. See ring sizing guidelines. For further advice on sizing please contact Lisa directly and she will be happy to assist.
